How do I retrieve my Flight Credit?
Answer
For a New flight credit:
- If you have cancelled your flight booking and put it into a Flight Credit, your booking reference remains the same as your original booking reference.
- You can use this booking reference to retrieve and redeem your Flight Credit online.
For a partially used Flight credit:
- Your Flight Credit confirmation email for your partially used Flight Credit will have a new booking reference.
- If your Flight Credit has been partially used and you haven’t received your new Flight Credit confirmation email, you'll need to contact us for assistance.
Check the email address:
- The email confirmation will be sent to the email address that the original flight booking was made from. Check your inbox and junk email folders for an email from no-reply@qantas.com.au.
