My Flight Credit has multiple passengers on it who no longer wish to travel together. Can I split the Flight Credit?
Answer
Flight Credits are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the passengers on the original booking. If passengers no longer wish to travel together, you will need to contact us to split your Flight Credit.
