What should I do if my baggage is lost or delayed?

If your baggage isn't available on arrival and we haven’t contacted you, please submit a report so we can start tracing your baggage. There are time limits for lodging a delayed baggage report.
Visit Delayed, lost or damaged baggage for information on who to contact and how to report it. You'll need to provide your booking reference, contact details, description of your baggage and any other relevant details.
If you're travelling with an Apple AirTag or Find My network accessory, you can securely share the location of your item after loading a delayed baggage report.
Depending on the impact of the delay, you may be eligible to claim a reimbursement for essentials while waiting for your baggage to be returned to you.
