How can I use my Frequent Flyer Card to Check In?

Once you have completed your online check-in, Frequent Flyer cards can be used at the airport for bag drop and boarding.
Please ensure your Qantas Frequent Flyer number is attached to your booking prior to checking in.
If you have a problem with your card during this process, our Customer Service Agents will gladly assist.
Don’t forget you can access your digital card at any time via the Qantas App.
