Why am I receiving an email error when trying to pay for my seat selection?
Answer
This error may occur if your booking was made through a travel agent or another airline, and the email address provided is in a different format than Qantas requires.
The email address must contain both "@" and "." symbols.
To resolve this, please update your email address through the "Edit Passenger Details" section on the Manage booking page. Once updated, you should be able to proceed with your payment.
